Return Policy:
If you need to return something, please e-mail us at orders@beadsinabox.com. The item must be mailed to us in original condition within 30 days of purchase.  Enclose original invoice or reference your order number.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Damaged or missing product claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.  Email orders@beadsinabox.com or call 308-440-0153.

Payment:
Beads in a Box accepts PayPal and money orders for all transactions.  Purchases using PayPal can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or echecks.

PayPal Automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level Commercially available).  Before you even register or log in to their site, their server checks that you are using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
